Individual therapy can be beneficial if you are navigating complex current and/or past relationships and need a space to reflect on your own, if you find yourself needing help in processing challenging internal experiences like anxiety or depression, or if you are seeking support during the unique experiences of your life like pregnancy, postpartum, and other big transitions.
